44 ml
Lemon Juice
44 ml
White Balsamic Vinegar
3 g
Pepper - Ground Black

Mustard Powder - English

Olive Oil - Extra Virgin
Caesar Salad Dressing

This dressing should be made at least 24hrs before you plan to use it.

1: Oil MUST be added at a slow & steady rate, DO NOT add all at once or the dressing will separate and spoil.
2: Do not take too long to mix or the dressing will turn out too thick

  1. Combine Garlic & Anchovies in a food processor & blend into a smooth paste
  2. Using a spatula, transfer paste into a stainless steel container
  3. Add Lemon Juice, Vinegar, Pepper and Mustard then mix well with a whisk.
  4. Using a hand-held mixer, blend the Olive Oil into the mixture at a slow and steady pace
  5. Refridgerate for at least 24hrs before use
