- Mustard Powder - English
- 1 lb
- Ham - Cooked
- 1 Cup
- Cream - Heavy Whipping
- 1 Bunch
- Watercress

Incredibly quick and easy to prepare, this meal is fit for any guest who arrives on short notice.
The Brown Sugar and Mustard combine to make a wonderfully piquant sauce for the ham. Serve it with wild rice and salad.
- Preheat oven to 300°F
- Thickly slice the ham
- Mix the sugar and mustard in a small bowl
- Place the ham in a small ovenproof dish and sprinkle about a tablespoon of the sugar and mustard mixture over each slice
- Put the remaining mixture on the top slice then add the cream
- Bake covered for 20 minutes then uncovered for an additional 10 minutes
- Put a little watercress on each plate before serving
