Ham and Leek Baked Gnocchi
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Shred / grate the cheese, crush the garlic, slice the leek and & finely chop the ham
  3. Lightly grease four 10-ounce ramekins; place on a baking sheet.
  4. Combine gnocchi, cheese, and ham in a bowl then transfer to prepared ramekins, dividing evenly.
  5. Whisk together milk, flour, garlic, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper until flour is dissolved, 30 seconds. Pour over gnocchi, dividing evenly.
  6. Tear up the bread and stir together with butter in a bowl until coated; toss in leaks then sprinkle over gnocchi, dividing evenly
  7. . Bake until golden brown and bubbly, 34 to 36 minutes.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chives.
