- Liver and Giblets of 1 chicken
- 1 1/2 Cup
- Water
- 4 tsp
- Lemon Juice
- 1 Individual
- Anchovy Fillets
- 1 Cup
- Cream - Heavy Whipping
- 1 Pinch
- Pepper - Ground White

Serve this sauce with Roast Chicken, using the liver and giblets to make the sauce
- Clean and trim the chicken liver then place it in a saucepan with the giblets
- Add the water and simmer for 20 minutes
- Remove the liver and puree it with the lemon juice, anchovy fillet and cream
- Reheat then season to taste with salt and pepper but be very careful not to over salt as the anchovy will have already made it quite salty
