Horseradish Cream

This incredibly simple horseradish cream sauce is a perfect accompaniment to our Chianti Braised Short Ribs

  1. Combine Greek yogurt, horseradish, Dijon, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
