Lemon Juice
1 tsp
Vinegar - White Wine
1/2 tsp
Sugar - White
1/4 tsp
English Mustard - Prepared
1 Pinch
Salt
1/2 Cup
Cream - Heavy Whipping
Horseradish Sauce

A wonderful sauce to go with Roast Beef or in a sandwich with pretty much any meat…

  1. Finely grate the horseradish - You need 3 tablespoons of grated horseradish
  2. Mix the grated horseradish, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and mustard in a bowl then add a pinch of salt
  3. Whip the cream until stiff then fold into the other ingredients
  4. Chill until needed. Allow at least 3 hours for the flavors to meld, overnight is better.
