- Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp
- Vinegar - White Wine
- 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - White
- 1/4 tsp
- English Mustard - Prepared
- 1 Pinch
- Salt
- 1/2 Cup
- Cream - Heavy Whipping

A wonderful sauce to go with Roast Beef or in a sandwich with pretty much any meat…
- Finely grate the horseradish - You need 3 tablespoons of grated horseradish
- Mix the grated horseradish, lemon juice, vinegar, sugar and mustard in a bowl then add a pinch of salt
- Whip the cream until stiff then fold into the other ingredients
- Chill until needed. Allow at least 3 hours for the flavors to meld, overnight is better.
