3 Tbsp
Water - Boiling
2 Tbsp
Sugar - White
4 Tbsp
Vinegar - White Wine
Mint Sauce

The most English of all sauces and the simplest to prepare…

  1. Chop mint very finely
  2. Place the mint in a pitcher or gravy boat and pour the boiling water over it
  3. Wait 20 minutes so the mint can infuse the water
  4. Add the sugar and wine vinegar then stir and serve.
