- Water - Boiling
- 2 Tbsp
- Sugar - White
- 4 Tbsp
- Vinegar - White Wine

- Chop mint very finely
- Place the mint in a pitcher or gravy boat and pour the boiling water over it
- Wait 20 minutes so the mint can infuse the water
- Add the sugar and wine vinegar then stir and serve.
