- Plums
- 1 1/4 Cup
- Vinegar - White Wine
- 2 Individual
- Cloves
- 6 Tbsp
- Sugar - White
- 1 Tbsp
- Mint - Fresh

- Wash Plums and remove the stones
- Very finely chop the mint
- Place plums, vinegar, cloves and sugar in a saucepan
- Cook until the plums are tender, about 20 min
- Remove the cloves
- Puree the contents of the saucepan then add the mint and re-heat
- If the sauce is a little too sharp, simply add more sugar to taste.
