Plums
1 1/4 Cup
Vinegar - White Wine
2 Individual
Cloves
6 Tbsp
Sugar - White
1 Tbsp
Mint - Fresh
Plum Sauce
  1. Wash Plums and remove the stones
  2. Very finely chop the mint
  3. Place plums, vinegar, cloves and sugar in a saucepan
  4. Cook until the plums are tender, about 20 min
  5. Remove the cloves
  6. Puree the contents of the saucepan then add the mint and re-heat
  7. If the sauce is a little too sharp, simply add more sugar to taste.
