- All Purpose Flour
- 2 Stick
- Butter
- 150 ml
- Iced Water

Rough Puff Pastry – Mix in the blender, let sit for half an hour, roll then chill again before use…
- Put Flour and Butter in blender and pulse until it looks like breadcrumbs
- Add about 100ml of iced water, pulse again to form the dough... add a bit more water if necessary for it to clump properly
- Wrap dough in cling film and leave in fridge for at least half an hour
- Roll dough to about 1/4" thick, fold in two sides and roll again Rotate 90 degrees and repeat then chill for another half an hour
- Roll out to desired thickness for your recipe and use....
