Rough Puff Pastry

Rough Puff Pastry – Mix in the blender, let sit for half an hour, roll then chill again before use…

  1. Put Flour and Butter in blender and pulse until it looks like breadcrumbs
  2. Add about 100ml of iced water, pulse again to form the dough... add a bit more water if necessary for it to clump properly
  3. Wrap dough in cling film and leave in fridge for at least half an hour
  4. Roll dough to about 1/4" thick, fold in two sides and roll again Rotate 90 degrees and repeat then chill for another half an hour
  5. Roll out to desired thickness for your recipe and use....
