- 5 Tbsp
- Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp
- Lime Juice
- 1/4 tsp
- Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tsp
- Basil - Dried
- 1/4 tsp
- Coriander - Ground

Shrimp Paste is easy to make and wonderful spread on crackers or toast as an appetizer.
- Peel and de-vein the shrimp
- Mash the shrimp into a paste or puree in a blender.
- Gradually add the olive oil.
- Season with the lime juice, cayenne pepper, basil and coriander
- Add salt to taste.
- Place in a small jar or dish, cover and refrigerate for several hours to set.
