- Bread Flour
- 1 Tbsp
- Vital Wheat Gluten
- 1 Tbsp
- Lecithin
- 1 1/2 tsp
- Active Dry Yeast

Soft white bread, similar to Wonder Bread.
This recipe is for use in a Bread Machine. If your machine does not pre-heat ingredients before running it’s cycle be sure to use warm but not hot water.
You can replace the Gluten & Lecithin with 3 tablespoons of Dough Enhancer if desired.
- Add water and butter
- Add all dry ingredients except for the yeast.
- Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the yeast.
- Bake on the 1.5lb setting if your machine has this with a regular/medium crust.
