- Basic White Sauce
- 1 Tbsp
- English Mustard - Prepared
- 1 tsp
- Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp
- Vinegar - White
- 1/2 Cup
- Cream - Heavy Whipping

Try this sauce with grilled sea bass, herrings or mackerel.
Before making this sauce you will first need to make a Basic White Sauce.
- Make the Basic White Sauce
- Mix the mustard with the lemon juice and vinegar then blend this mixture into the white sauce
- Heat the sauce over a low heat, mix in the cream and allow to simmer for 5 minutes
- Season to taste with salt and pepper then serve hot
