English Mustard - Prepared
1 tsp
Lemon Juice
1 tsp
Vinegar - White
1/2 Cup
Cream - Heavy Whipping
Mustard Sauce

Try this sauce with grilled sea bass, herrings or mackerel.

Before making this sauce you will first need to make a Basic White Sauce.

  1. Make the Basic White Sauce
  2. Mix the mustard with the lemon juice and vinegar then blend this mixture into the white sauce
  3. Heat the sauce over a low heat, mix in the cream and allow to simmer for 5 minutes
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper then serve hot
