Lemon Juice
4 Tbsp
Parsley - Fresh
Parsley Sauce

A delicate flavored sauce that goes well with white fish, smoked haddock or white meats.

Before making Parsley Sauce, you will first need to make a Basic White Sauce.

  1. Very finely chop the parsley
  2. Prepare the basic white sauce first
  3. Add the chicken broth, lemon juice and parsley and stir well
  4. Heat to just below boiling while continuing to stir then remove from heat and serve
