- Lemon Juice
- 4 Tbsp
- Parsley - Fresh

A delicate flavored sauce that goes well with white fish, smoked haddock or white meats.
Before making Parsley Sauce, you will first need to make a Basic White Sauce.
- Very finely chop the parsley
- Prepare the basic white sauce first
- Add the chicken broth, lemon juice and parsley and stir well
- Heat to just below boiling while continuing to stir then remove from heat and serve
